Here is a bracket for the STB System Voodoo 3/Velocity card, which you frequently find on eBay missing the original bracket.

Preparing

This model requires bending the piece into the final shape.

Note the grooves on the model. You will be folding INTO the grooves, not AWAY from them.

Set the temperature of the hot air rework station to 100 to 120ºC. Use a small nozzle and concentrate on the back of the groove/joint. Quickly bend the piece into place when it becomes malleable. Hold in position until the piece cools down and stays in the desired perpendicular state.

Taping the piece to a metal ruler may greatly help you achieve a sharp 90º bend.

Installation

Use a 3/16" socket for tightening the VGA thumb screws.

Use M3 sized screw and nut to fix the lower screw flange.
