Details for how these parts work are in the posts I made above. The design is pretty crude as I didn't bother to refine/simplify the look once I got everything working as it should.

Note: The design was slightly updated to have a housing for the AD620 InAmp that attaches to the side. The parts in the Reddit posts were an earlier version showing the AD620 loosely hanging from the side which is not ideal for measuring very sensitive signals. Small holes in the housing allow for adjusting the two potentiometer screws.
