A frame to hold a Apple Magic Trackpad which has a hole for a 1/4 threaded insert that can attach to a tripod head. This lets you position the trackpad for your own ergonomic needs.

You will need threaded inserts (such as these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MTS6ZZQ ) and a soldering iron to assemble. Set the iron to 300 F/150 C, set the inserts in the hole, then hold the soldering iron where the bolt would go against the metal. After 30 seconds or so just keep gently pushing and it will start to sink in. 

I used this mounting equipment clamped to the edge of my desk. But use what you want or need.
