The assembly is very simple. Once you've cut the aluminum tube to the appropriate size, just insert the bearing caps into the ends of the tube, repeating the process twice. Insert the ball bearings into the seat holes in the spool support arm. Then insert the aluminum tube with the bearing caps into the bearing. To prevent them from rotating out of the seat holes, I used aluminum wire to make some cotter pins, but using safety pins would work just as well.
