Rough draft for key operated lock based on a combination safe.

Steps to operate:

1. Insert key (disc detainer style)
2. Rotate 90 degrees counter clockwise.  Key disc will position combination disc.
3. Rotate clockwise 112.5 degrees to align gates in key discs. If gates in combination discs aligned under lever arm, lever arm will fall in gates.
   1. If correct key:
      1. Rotate clockwise ~33 more degrees to retract bolt.
      2. Rotate counterclockwise ~55.5 degrees to remove key
      3. To ensure discs are reset continue to rotate counter clockwise additional 360 degrees.
   2. If Incorrect key:
      1. Key will continues to rotate clockwise

TODOs / Improvements:

1. Fill in remaining housing
2. Add false gates to combination discs
3. Make pins in combination discs screws, and add screw holes such that the combination can be changed by adjusting the screw position.
