Simple hood to shield a laptop camera from bright lights directly overhead. Lights overhead can sometimes cause strange lighting artifacts, and the hood helps to prevent them.

Tested on a 2018 Apple MacBook Pro.

Print instructions

The model includes built-in supports that can be easily removed after printing with a needle-nosed pliers. No need for slicer-generated supports.

• Print with the flat side down, as shown in the second photo.
• Printed with 2 perimeters.
• Will need to select "Detect thin walls" (in PrusaSlicer - or similar feature in other slicers) to have the supports print correctly.
