This is a tool for removing the 8 point bezel nut that retains the headlight switch, windshield wiper switch, and emergency flasher switch used on 1967-1971 MOPAR A-body cars (Barracuda, Valiant, Dart, etc, and probably many others).
If the nut is seriously frozen, this may not work for removing it. It's certainly adequate for installing and snugging the nuts down.
