I'm using it to manage my filament to multiple printers in an IKEA Ivar shelving unit.

Filleted openings on "top" - fits 4mm outside diameter PTFE tube
Flat openings on "bottom" - fits PC4 – M6 PTFE fitting
Screw holes - designed for flat countersunk M4
