This is the Darth Nihilus from the Star Wars Universe alternitive version mask based on the collectable statue from Sideshow of Hot Toys.
It comes all in one or the middle piece separated from the mask for an easier paint job.
It´s a 1 in 1 scale version but I always suggest to use the "headsize" file or other method to ensure its the right scale for you.
