You will need the original screws and Hinge Pin and take Threaded Inserts M3 Short

The photos show the place where the insert is,(ghousting) the reason is that the wall was too thin, now it should be fine.

I used Prusament ASA/Aurapol ASA for printing, I think PETG should work too, but I would definitely give it 100% infill.
