I've put all measurements in Fusion 360's "User Parameters" so you should be able to adjust for your particular manufacturer's variances.  Change the “TerminalCount” to however many connectors you'll need and it will expand accordingly.  I've only printed for up to 6 terminals, so don't know how well it works as the count gets larger. The edges have a 0.4m roundover so should print nicely without need for supports or brim. I used Orca's default “0.2mm Strength” (0.4 noz, Bambu PLA Basic, 6 wall loop, grid fill @ 25%) setting for P1P and they come out fine.  Took about an hour to print batch of 11.
