Cet objet est une impression 3D servant à déterminer les jeux d'ajustement pour une imprimante 3D. 
Le gabarit et la pige de test permettent de prévoir les jeux nécessaires dès la modélisation 3D, pour faciliter les ajustements glissants ou serrés.

Le gabarit et la pige sont prévue pour un ajustement nominal à 10 mm avec un test allant de +0,7 à -0,2 de jeu fonctionnel autour de la dimension nominal.

Le test est inhérent à la qualité d'impression de celui-ci. Il dépend donc des paramètres suivants :

• épaisseur de couche;
• vitesse d'impression;
• diamètre de buse;
• matériaux (retrait & dilatation polymère).

This object is a 3D print used to determine the adjustment clearances for a 3D printer. 
The jig and test pin allow you to predict the necessary clearances from the 3D modelling stage, to facilitate sliding or tight fits.

The jig and pin are designed for a nominal fit of 10 mm, with a test range of +0.7 to -0.2 functional clearance around the nominal dimension.
 

The test is inherent in the printing quality of the template. It therefore depends on the following parameters
 

• layer thickness
• printing speed
• nozzle diameter;
• materials (polymer shrinkage & expansion).
