Re design based on IC Lead Straightener by Dutchswaggimous.

I have added a curve to the out end as I found that the ICs would get stuck at the exit.

I also added an angle to the inside of the channel that bends the legs past vertical to account for the spring back in the legs. This ends up with the final bend being much closer to perfectly vertical.
