I suggest using the support placement method of "only where the model contacts the platform" for printing, which is used for pins that protrude from the side. If you use the "everywhere" support placement method for printing, it will generate supports inside the mating holes, which will be very difficult to remove.
The fit of the hole is slightly larger than that of the pin, so it can provide a good frictional fit when assembling the parts together. However, it can also be bonded during installation.
