A collection of AD5X super waste chutes
This waste material chute is a tribute to the one on the FlashForge website. It is fixed to the waste material port using existing screws. It works whether there is a standard sealing design on the FlashForge website or not. It has a nice wide chute at a 60-degree angle, so it shouldn't clog up, because no one likes a "constipated" printer. The geometry is simple and can be printed without support. For me, I rotated the model by 45 degrees and set the direction of the solid fill to 0. I used the least amount of fill, mainly to ensure that there was something on the top layer to provide support.
Edit: December 16, 2025:Two variants of the material box and one variant with a chute that falls to the right have been added. There are two versions of the "right-facing" chute - with and without detachable supports. I will next make the material box for the "right-facing" version.
