Overview
This kit allows you to install the power supply device on a 40x20 V-groove track.
The power supply device can be equipped with a power socket with a fuse and a switch. Optionally, it can also be equipped with another small switch
I designed this kit to be compatible with the Meishile DC 12V 40A 480W, but I believe it is also suitable for many power supply devices from other manufacturers
The kit includes:
- An installation bracket.
- A switch box with a switch power supply socket and a secondary small switch opening.
- A switch box with a single opening for a switch power supply socket.
Installation:
Use appropriate screws to fix the bracket to the guide rails of the printer frame.
Use four M4x10 screws to fix the power supply device on the bracket.
Connect the necessary wiring to the terminal block of the power supply device. Note that the cable used for the control board should be routed through the appropriate apertures in the switch box.
Note:
The assembly of the switch box and the power supply unit is done using two plugs on both sides of the box. Make sure the printer used to print these parts is fully calibrated, otherwise the grafting may not proceed correctly. If the printing is done correctly, the combination of the switch box and the power supply unit will be very firm and reliable. During the assembly process, be careful not to break the parts.

Remark:
It's best to use PET-G filament for printing, as it's more elastic and can deform slightly before breaking. The edges of the switch box must be bent quite significantly to allow the gasket to fit into the hole of the power supply device; fragile materials like PLA may break easily.
