This is an embedded part for the 2021 and later Tesla Model S models, which can update the charging pad to include a MagSafe adapter. This embedded part is directly placed on the existing charging pad, and the cable can be routed around the side and connected to your central charging console. For brave installers, you can remove the central console with about 6 bolts and connect the USB-C cable, so they will no longer get in the way. This will greatly improve the charging speed when using the original wireless charging pad, and greatly enhance my satisfaction with in-car charging.
