Summary

In Canada (and many countries around the world) you do not need to register a drone below 250g with Transport Canada. The prop guards are approx. 20g~ so this is great weight savings, and can allow you to carry a 4k camera under 250g.

The motor screws are quite long (for the prop guards / ducts), and if you remove the guards you will damage the motors using original screws, so these spacers are the perfect size to accommodate the screws and clear your wires. For my build, I flipped the drone over into a puller configuration, You can scale the part as needed to get the spacing you want.
