Summary

24/02/2022 - I uploaded version with smaller screw holes (2.4 diameter) if you do not want to drill your Zero. I didn't test it (as Dremel was gentle to mine) but it might suit your needs better.

Modified version of an untested screen drawer to fit Raspberry PI Zero.

I used Zero W 2 and it works perfectly.

Stand-offs are little higher than original and allow to use both 40x10 fan and heatsink (mount PI CPU-down).

You can insert/remove SD Card without opening the case.

I uploaded versions with and without bottom vents - I removed vents to use the floor for cable management.

As my fan was producing annoying hiss sound I also used a small fan duct: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4050647

Caution!
Project uses (for now) original standoff dimension, that means you need M3s to mount Zero.
Zero has smaller screwholes - I fixed mine with 3.2 mm drill bit and Dremel.

I am planning to upload a version with narrower holes when I get some time.
