A very simple holder to fit a shower head to a wall.

I used double sided tape, the proper industrial stuff, to attach it, as I was too lazy to drill holes in the tiles.

Best printed upright, with support, for strength. The load is outwards, trying to tear the holder off the base and the base off the wall.

I used PETG as it was closest to the tile colour. Any filament will probably be OK.
