I was looking for a way to turn on my Mac Studio from the front, so there it is.

You need to print these pieces:

macstudio-floor.stl
macstudio-rim-soft-spring.stl OR macstudio-rim-strong-spring.stl
macstudio-lever.stl
macstudio-switch-back-base.stl
macstudio-switch-back-top.stl
macstudio-toggle-front.stl

Everything prints without supports, you may just have to turn some pieces around in the slicer.
I printed it with a 0.8mm nozzle with 0,4mm layers.

I printed it on Prusament PETG.

You can print the base plate with 15% infill, the other pieces I recommend to print with 100% infill.

Putting everything together is straight forward. You need to glue the rim and the base plate together with strong glue.

The rim has a spring, that puts the lever to the resting position, there are 2 versions, I found the stronger one to be better.

Disclaimers:

For the lever on the back, I used a metal piece I had lying around… 
It should be possible to print a similar working piece, but I did not test it.
.stl file is included. 

Also I was not satisfied with the stability of the Mac Studio on the base plate, so I fixed it with some Double-Sided Mounting Tape.

A little visual issue I did not fix: the position of the lever on the front is not 100% alligned with the usb ports.
