These grab and hold great. They clean up the clutter in the drawers. I have rechargeables throughout the house. I did a mod for what I needed. I made them shorter to be able to pull from the top and made the bottom hole larger for the positive post. The full charge ones are Positive up and the ones needing to be charged are Negative up. Easy to see the green markings.
