my friend said the problem with a light box (used for diamond art and drawing) is the flush touch power switch gets triggered when u pass your hand near it so some type of cover is needed to stop this. after searching for a printable solution and finding nothing she asked me to make something. this is what i came up with and she says it works great.

thought i would share it.

print with support for the top section dont need much 

i used a pin vise with a 2mm drill to clear out the hinge holes 

for the best fit snap the lid in to the base then run the drill bit through the hinge

use a 21mm peace of filament as the hinge pin and add a drop of CA glue at either end to secure it.

to connect it to the light box i used double sided tape (very little is required)

and that's it .
