This is a right angle / offset screwdriver holder specifically designed for the Craftsman 3 piece set commonly sold at Lowe's.  Holders allow for placement facing either direction to facilitate easier removal.  While this is specifically designed for the Craftsman 3 piece set, it might fit others or can be modified to fit others.
