This Raspberry Pi 5 case has room for an attached Pimoroni NVMe Base. Attach the NVMe Base to the under side of the Raspberry Pi5, then mount it to the “sled” using the long screws that came with the NVMe Base. Slide the “sled” into the “shell” and fix it in place with a short M3 screw. (The holes for the M3 screw is not pre-threaded, but the action of turning the screw should tap the holes.)

The “sled” needs to be printed with supports. For the “shell”, you may want to use supports on the diagonal slats. I chose to not use supports and instead I increased “Life height” (or “Z Hop”) to 0.5 mm to keep the print head from striking the long narrow slats. Your results may vary.
