This is a very simple insert I printed for my Flipper Zero Pelican-style case to help keep the WiFi dev board from falling out. I printed it using TPU and it came out absolutely perfect - almost no shrinking during printing. It features a cutout to make it easy to take in and out of the case.
This was printed on an X1 Carbon using the external spool holder, as 95A TPU is not hard enough to be fed through the AMS.
The dimensions are 112.5mmx54mmx10mm. This should fit snug, but not tight, and should not come loose during movement.
3mf (Bambu Studio) and STL files are provided. Original model was created using TinkerCAD - simple rectangle shape, sized to the dimensions I needed and printed in TPU.
