Ok I'm really new to all of this, learning 3D printing and modeling so this isn't perfect.  I needed a toilet paper holder that would fit a small space and the shape of this with a hanging arm worked well for me.  

Since I'm just learning I was only able to figure out how to trim down the body of the holder to fit a TP roll.  This really also needs the arm extended probably 10mm or so, but I couldn't figure that out.  

To make this fit my TP rolls I just ended up adding a 10mm piece of wood behind the arm and that is perfect.
