A drill guide set for 3030 aluminum extrusion profiles.
Includes two guides: one for drilling accurately 15mm from the end of the extrusion, useful for blind joints, and another for easy and accurate drilling at any position along the extrusion. This jig enables accurate drilling by securely fastening it with T-slot nuts.

Required other than printed parts:

• Any quantity of T-slots and screws for your preferred screw size.

• Drill bushings matching your desired hole size. The bushings supported by this design are based on the dimensions shown in the image below.
  

Notes:

• I used M3 T-nuts and drilled the holes with a drill press. Confirmed to work great.

• I bought the drill bushings from AliExpress.
