Camera cover for UGREEN camera (1080p/30fps model). 

It should simply friction fit. Just slide it in to the webcam. 


To print it, I would lay it down on its side and enable supports (organic). See third and fourth photo for reference. When removing supports be careful to not break the rod for the flap.
