This linear slide rail can be used to position optical components and the like. The 6-inch-long linear guide rail section can be installed end to end to create a guide rail system of any length. The guide rails are installed using #6 screws at a center distance of 2 inches, and the slide seat has a variety of #6 screw hole patterns for connecting fixtures. The worm gear components have an integrated breakage support component, so you shouldn't need to open the support. After printing, just disconnect the ring that fills the gap between the knob and the worm gear.
After printing is completed, clean all components, apply a small amount of lubricating grease to the surface of the worm wheel and bearings, and then insert the worm wheel into the slide block as shown in the figure.
