FIRST LAYER TEST FOR KOBRA S1 MAX

This is a first layer calibration test specifically designed for the Kobra S1 Max printer.

Available configurations:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Layer height: 0.16 mm
• Includes dedicated profiles for each height

Features

Easy removal: A small tab is integrated into the design, allowing you to easily peel off the test layer from the build plate once complete.

Z-Offset Calibration

If you notice improper layer squish or adhesion issues during the test, you can adjust the Z-offset in the printer settings within Anycubic Slicer Next (ASN):

• +0.01 → Moves the nozzle away from the bed (increases gap)
• -0.01 → Brings the nozzle closer to the bed (decreases gap)

Make small adjustments of 0.01 mm at a time until you achieve the perfect first layer.

Important Reminder

⚠️ Clean nozzle is essential: Ensure the nozzle is completely clean before performing bed leveling and Z-homing. Any debris or filament residue on the nozzle will cause incorrect offset measurements with the strain gauge, leading to inaccurate calibration.
