This is a replacement well cap design for an outside well pipe.

My well pipe measures 168mm. The design inside diameter is 178mm. Please note that despite the size difference, the printed cap is not a loose fit.

Since this is a big print, I'd recommend checking your fit by printing a few layers with the open end at the bottom, stop the print and then check the diameter on your well. When you go for your final print, print it upside down with the top of the cap on the printer bed.

As this is a large print, I used an .8mm nozzle with a .32 layer height and a 50mm/s and it took approximately 10 hours on an Ender Extender XL (Ender 3 Pro mod). It would also fit a stock Ender 3 with a 225x225 bed. I used normal PLA.

Printed upside down (closed end on the print bed) I did not need any supports.
