If you'll be printing it small it might mess up the wings since they are thin on the bottom so I suggest printing it larger. I printed it with a bit more infill than is probably needed so feel free to adjust that. 
Supports are needed for wings and chin and some other bits. I went with Tree Slim and they were a little hard to remove but normal supports should work well too.
