This is a super simple model available in both STL and STEP formats. I have a self-made case with a spool holder bolted to one of the pillars. Unfortunately, the holder is off-center, so I designed a pivoting version. The hinge uses a 5 mm screw/bolt. Tolerances are a bit tight; you might want to modify them for your specific printer or simply file away any excess material.
