Summary

I remade this from someone else's file but couldn't find it to credit. I remade it to allow the phone to sit far back on the hat bill, and can rotate the angle up for better viewing. This is necessary since most hat bills angle down. It uses a 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" bolt and wing nut, and 3mm threaded inserts and 3mmx10 screws, and rubberbands.
