The tape machine operators tend to bang the machine a lot and break the caps.  It is easier to just print them than to go through the ordering process.  Surprisingly, the printed caps last longer than the injection molded part from the manufacturer.  I tried in resin at first, but they didn't last a day.  FFF was much better.
