Summary

I needed to be flexible in my boat with a 12V car socket size USB charger.
This is a little housing that is holding a standard size socket, so the pins are not exposed and with a little knot there is some strain relief

The opening allows you to slide in and fasten the nut so the whole thing remains closed.
