Summary
Needed an air purifier for our home, but felt that most were a bit over priced for what they are ( basically a fan and a filter) so I made this. Recommend printing out of something slightly temperature resistant such as PETG, ASA, or HT-PLA! Reason for this is incase you ever since the screen with hot water, or you ever accidentally point a space heater at it. Should be powerful enough for a medium sized room, but that will depend somewhat on which fans you use.
Please note that this a large print and you will need a printer that can print up to 350mm. Please see instructions for materials and assembly.

I have listed all of the parts that I have used with links to Amazon.CA for most. Feel free to source your own, note that a higher CFM fan will work better but be louder.
Filters: This filter uses 2 HPA300 Replacement Filters. (standard 10.2x6.5x1.6 HEPA13 filers). Note that you will need to cut the carbon filter with scissors to fit.

Screen: A screen is used as a pre-filter. I used this one but having it now, I would recommend something bit more fine. In total the screen will cover 340mmx284mm, so in my case I needed more than one piece.

Fans: Any 120mm fans will due. I used these for the high CFM and IP ratting. Make use to get 2!

Power Adapter: I recommend getting something as close to this as you can, so that the plug fits inside the bracket. If you want to use something different I have included the step file for you to adapt.

Assembly
Front Grill
First glue the top and bottom together using your favourite glue.
Cut the screen to size and place it inside the grill
Glue the screen brace on top of the screen to secure it in place.
Alternatively you could try gluing the screen directly without the brace, or use a filament pen to "weld" the screen into place.
The grill is intended to snap onto the body once assembled. However there are also spaces in the top of the grill and main body to allow for a magnet if you would prefer that method.

Heat Inserts
While the front grill dries heat up your soldering pencil and insert the 5 heat inserts. M3 heat inserts are used for the plug bracket at the rear, and M5 are used on the bottom of the base.
Once complete you can bolt the base onto the main body using 2 M5x16mm bolts.

Fans
Mount the 120mm fans on the inside of the main body and use zip ties to secure the wires. Cut the connector off the primary (singe end) of the fan Y-connector and connect the 12V and Ground wires to the + / - terminals on the power block, then secure the power block in place using the bracket and 3 M3x14mm bolts.
Finally insert the carbon filters, snap the grill on the front, and plug it in!
