I designed this in Freecad and have included that file. It is about 24.85 mm long and 31.74 mm wide (varies a little bit). The slot is just over 22 mm deep, 27.6 mm wide and about 8 mm wide.

The slot fits the end of the jack very nicely and the entire piece fits into a regular (not long) 1 1/4 in. socket. It could be epoxied into a dedicated socket if desired.

There are similar items on this site however I could not find one that discusses the dimensions as above. Thus I have added this one.

I have not tried this out however expect that it will work well. I change car tires in the fall and spring so will give it a workout soon using my cordless drill to drive the jack.

Changing the size (length width and height) of the CUBE in freecad will vary the slot size. Varying the circumradius of the REGULAR POLYGON in freecad will vary the width of the entire piece.
You will note that my ender 3 pro does not print exactly to size so you may have to experiment to get the size perfect.
