More info, 220 or more temperature. Sometimes speed needs to be slowed down by 80 percent depending on what is being printed. This I think I remember on this printer to be 80 percent because they're small parts to whisk around and may make mistake on.
This production and creation line came from John P. Lim and Sam P. Lim.
I needed to create these items because the bolts and nuts would come off my projects. This would hold them in place.
But to get them off off the M2 screws, either twist the different direct of the bolt or nut or use a plyer to squeeze and twist as many times as possible. It's quite a work out when taking off. Make sure knowing when to Nylon Lock Nut the M2 screws hard on.
There are three versions. The first one is fully built to protect the M2 screw more. The tree like cone to be more slender and protect somewhat in that height. and the shorter one to fit every length possible of M2 if need be.
I thought I needed to print only 16 each time. Some projects require much more. I'd print 2 sets of these to try them out.
You'll find the projects much more in tighter tolerances with these Nylon Lock Nuts.
I designed it on SolidWorks and knowing nylon does expand. I also use a program called Simplify3D.

Post-Printing

This is on a bigger platform. I've given away smaller platforms that are much more accurate. I've given worth 3 small 3D printers worth 150 dollars each. One can see the trailing nylon. Still works great.
