This is my updated version of the RepRap Mendel Y Pulley. Designed to bring the belt teeth out beyond the stepper mount and still have plenty of pulley on the shaft to insure the rotation is true. Unique is the second part that is glued (use a little Super Glue) to cap the end of the pulley and capture the belt.

Instructions

Print, Cleanup, us a dot of super glue to glue the cap on the end. Enjoy. Let me know if you have any issues. The hole for the small outline M3 nut can be a bit tight. I used a tap hammer and screw driver to set mine in the slot.

I included the Inventor Fusion file so you can edit it if you would like to.

The teeth are a bit different then the stock part and should insure no extraneous play which would lead to accuracy errors.
