This is a simple stand for tablets with an approximate angle of about 10°. I've made it for the Wacom Intuos M but it can support basically any tablet but you may need to scale the model according to the scale of you tablet.

If you decide to print this you will also need to add some non-slip materials to the bottom and to the surfaces in contact with the tablet to stop it from sliding around.

I'd also recommend to add ears to the corners when slicing the file to prevent it detaching from your printing surface.
