Based on hinge cutting guide that I found here on Thingiverse, but I though I would try to make one that clipped together in place of using self tapping screw etc.. Also
wanted one that was suitable for larger wings.

Standard guide block will accommodate thicknesses of 7mm to 35mm. At 35mm, the cutting guide may be difficult to keep aligned with the surface so I made a "support" guide block. This will support the jig against the piece at the guide blocks as well as at the cutting guide, but will increase the minimum thickness from 7mm to 11mm.

Also made a "Thin" guide block, will take minimum thickness down to zero, but also reduce maximum thickness down to 25mm.

To stop from the posts from breaking when assembling I soaked them in thin CA and let them dry before trying to assemble. On the prototype the posts broke, but on the final after soaking they were fine.
