use optimal layer height of your printer (fine layer height)

change the triangle height in the thread cut to match your layer height (.175x5 is .70)

nominal c mount size is 25mm .75 but i made .70 as the threads holds better like this

diameter is .05-.1 larger than the thread, fits nicely. abs plays a role as it warps i suppose
