I suggest choosing materials with high strength and good toughness, and at least recommend using PETG-CF. It is recommended to adopt a four-wall structure and combine it with a linear filling density of more than 50%.
If your app has high requirements for motion accuracy, you can choose a stronger public buckle fastener; conversely, if you place more emphasis on convenience, it is recommended to choose a fastener with slightly lower strength, which will make it easier to disassemble the camera.
I have attached a file in STEP format to make it convenient for you to modify and customize it according to your actual needs. In addition, I have also provided a buckle sample suitable for backpack straps with a width of 80mm. When installing it, please use M3 hot-melt inserts in combination with machined screws for fastening, and be sure to choose high-strength printing materials.

This product has been carefully designed to ensure that it will not loosen or fall off during long-term use. However, even so, we will not assume any responsibility if your camera is damaged as a result - please use it with caution!
It should be noted that if you choose consumables containing reinforcing fillers such as carbon fiber, the fit of the buckle will be even tighter.
For the tripod adapter, it is recommended to use the following hot-melt inserts:
Weaker version of the buckle
Stronger version of the snap fastener

The left image in the thumbnail is not my own. At present, my camera has not been returned to me yet. I will update the photos as soon as I get my camera back.
The Step file contains various design solutions, and we strongly encourage users to make flexible adjustments according to their own needs:
