Edit:If you're looking at it from the outside, I've added a new mounting bracket on the right side and done some moderate thinning and polishing on the whole thing, making it more smooth and sleek.
My original intention of designing this bracket was to prepare for upgrading the "Little Monster" to a fully Bowden-style extruder. In my opinion, this is one of the best accessories I've ever added to this 3D printer.
After the installation is completed, you just need to make some minor adjustments with a craft knife. The installation holes on the bracket are designed for M4 threads and can be used with 20×20 specification profiles and T-type nuts.
In my actual application, the bracket is installed on the X-axis
Update date: June 18, 2017 - In order to be compatible with the real E3D Titan extruder, I improved the existing bracket to provide more operating space for the thumb wheel. Additionally, I found that the original spacers made the bracket too thick, preventing the stepper motor shaft from being successfully inserted into the stabilizing fixing holes on the Titan extruder head cover. Therefore, in the latest version, I further narrowed the width of the central part of the bracket.
In order to better adapt to the thumb screw, I added the Vers.6 version, which further optimized the gap design.
