This is a replacement keep from windows sold in Switzerland in the 1990-2000s. The part of the window without the handle can be kept from opening by this plastic keep, but it often breaks.

The keep offers some resistance to a bolt, in order to keep that specific pane from opening.

Tested on my PVC windows. This file might need adjustments for you specific windows.
