better use of space in the toolbox due to these parts .
maybe someone else can use this for anything something

All holders are fastened with M4 x 10mm screws. It has no thread in the parts, the screws can be screwed directly into the PLA holes.

My hammer handle indeed is oval and has the cross section 17mmX25mm. 
The folding rule has the cross section 18mm x 30mm.
I have developed the holders according to these dimensions. 
 

If larger tools need to be attached, the holders can be enlarged accordingly with scaling e.g. in the slicer software.

Holes for the mounting screws: 3.2mm.

Please note that when scaling the components, these holes also become larger or smaller and possibly other mounting screws must be used.
