This is a flip switch style button replacement for the DGT3000 Chess Clock.

After heavy use, some cracks appeared in de original button turning the clock unusable.

Assembling

Before inserting the pin, both mounting holes should be drilled through for smooth movement. Tolerances are tight making all screws still useable. If necessary replace them with slightly larger ones.

The object is to be printed sideways with supports.

• avoid crossing parameters: true
• perimeter generations: classic
• brim: 3mm
• support style: organic, interface layer spacing: 0.4 mm, support on build plate only: false, xy separation: 150%, don’t support bridges: false
