Modular Snowman – Cute, Customizable Winter Decor

Customization:

Arm holes: 4mm (allow at least .1mm clearance for everything)

Hat: simply download any hat on Printables create a negative part in your slicer or TinkerCad with the dimensions of 40mm by 10mm and add a cut out in the bottom of the hat you downloaded.

Main Body: The pole that goes through the whole thing has a diameter of 5mm (the cut out is 5.2mm) 

Stand: the cut out for the stand has a diameter of 5.2mm

Nose: diameter of 3mm

Print Settings:

Layer Height: .2 for everything except the nose use .12 or .08 for that 

Supports: only on the top hat

AMS: no use a layer pause on the main body and Santa hat to switch filament

Brim: only on the nose

Ironing: this can be used on the main body I set the ironing speed to 25mm/s and the ironing flow to 30%

NOTE: ALL TOLERANCES ARE VERY TIGHT YOUR PRINTER MUST BE TUNED PROPERLY

Filament:

I used Overture PETG for everything but PLA will work just fine that's what I set everything up for in the 3mf

3mf

I pre plated everything in the Bambu 3mf for ease you will just have to add the pause for the color change.

Assembly: 

Simply start by adding the long pole to the base of the snowman then slide the middle portion and scarf on then put the head on top (duh) and push the arms in the holes of the middle portion and the nose in the hole in the middle of the head then put it on the base and clip the hat on.
